Hurricane impact windows and doors, measured, permitted and installed for Miami homes and condos. One local crew handles the job from the first measure to the final county inspection.
Replace a single slider or every opening in the house. Each product we install carries a current Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance.

Doors are the largest openings in most Miami homes and the first to fail in a storm. We replace them with impact-rated units that also lock tighter and seal better.
No panels to carry out of the garage, no shutters to close. Impact glass works every day of the year, storm or not.
We install impact windows and doors across the city and the surrounding communities.

Price depends on the number and size of openings, the frame material and the glass you choose. Sliding glass doors cost more than windows because of their size. As a rough estimate, a standard impact window runs about $800–$2,000 installed and a two-panel impact slider about $3,000–$6,000. We measure for free and give you a written price for each opening. See the full cost guide.
Yes. Window and door replacement in Miami-Dade requires a building permit and a final inspection. We prepare the paperwork, file it and meet the inspector.
Most of the wait is permitting and fabrication, because impact units are built to the size of each opening and that commonly takes several weeks. Once the units arrive, most houses are installed in one to two business days.
They can. Florida insurers give wind mitigation credits when all openings are protected. After the install, a wind mitigation inspection documents it for your insurer, who sets the discount.
Yes. We supply the product approvals and insurance certificates your association asks for and schedule around building rules.
We are a local impact window and door company serving Miami homeowners and condo owners. One team measures, permits and installs your project, so you always know who to call.
The company is family-run and has been incorporated in Miami-Dade since 2012, working out of the northwest of the county next to Hialeah. Family members hold the state licenses themselves, our own installers do the work, and the office speaks English and Spanish. Common standard sizes are kept on hand, so a simple replacement can move faster than a full custom order.
